Gary Dainton

Principal

Gary started his career at KPMG in London in 1987, qualifying as a chartered accountant in 1990 before becoming a founder member of KPMG Corporate Finance, the investment banking side of KPMG’s business

He spent the next 12 years advising both public and private clients of KPMG on all areas of mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings and corporate restructuring projects

As well as his executive duties at Odyssey, Gary has a number of non-executive roles, including listed investment company CL Asset Holdings Ltd and two of their investee companies, and is the Australian representative non-executive director for a subsidiary of Bouygues Group, a €10billion market capitalisation listed French Group
